Two Choices

On the cross, Jesus took the thorns and gave every single one of us a crown. We have two choices now because of this. We can either keep the crown for ourselves feeding our flesh with worldly, sinful desires or we can give the crown back to Him.

Giving the crown back to Jesus means that we crown Him king over everything! Crown Him the king of glory for it is what He is and deserves because He is the Lord of all who won the victory over death! No man on this earth is worthy of the crown but God gives us the choice because of his grace and mercy to decide what to do with it. I urge you to hand it over to God so He may take control of your life! Put your life in the hands of the creator and savior and let His love rush over you and destroy your sinful desires because He is sufficient over those evil doings. Jesus will always be sufficient! His love will always be enough and the sooner we realize that, the sooner we can fully hand our crown over to Him. Do not just give God half a crown! It does not work like that. He wants every single bit of us. Even the messed up ugly parts of us that we try to hide. God is made powerful through our weaknesses. We all have that one sin that holds us down from truly surrendering to God and I urge you to not let this sin become a normal part of your life! Find a way to overcome this sin because overcoming sin builds faith. God will always put us through a trial to test our faith, but trust that He will never put you through something He knows you cannot handle! His love will never fail you so look upon it through struggles and praise it through joyful times because Jesus deserves all the glory for giving us the crown while He chose the thorns. So brothers and sisters give up your life to Christ and praise Him through the good and bad times.
